Battlestar Galactica Diecast Mini Replicas Blackbird

The next addition to the Battlestar Galactica Ships Collection is the unique Blackbird ship, designed for stealth missions by Galactica's Chief of Maintenance, Glen Tyrol. The Blackbird ship was built from scratch with available materials and resembled a Viper ship. The outer armor was made of a black, anti-reflective carbon fiber composite material, which masked its presence from both Cylon and Colonial radars, and also gave the ship its name. Equipped with improved sensors and surveillance systems, it was a perfect tool for gathering intelligence. This Battlestar Galactica Blackbird ship is made of heavy die-cast metal and high-quality ABS materials. It captures the Viper shape of the ship in a sleek black color and small details, such as President Laura's name painted on the fuselage. Eaglemoss worked closely with members of the Galactica VFX team to ensure the model was as accurate as possible.
