ORANGE label this product is requested from the supplier and you have to wait for confirmation of receipt , because there are few pieces.
It must still be paid in full or with a deposit , in case the product is not confirmed, you will be refunded !
Attention: Cards subject to allocation
Some products belonging to the Trading Cards category (such as boxes, bundles or special sets) may be subject to allocation by official distributors .
This means that the quantity actually available to retailers may vary from that initially expected , based on the distribution decided by the supplier.
This information is always visible in the product sheet , within the Product Description section.

The amount is not charged immediately .
- We do not accept deposits on this type of product.
- If you choose Bank Deposit , payment will be requested only when the product is actually available .
- If stocks are low, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted only if the product arrives.
👉 Please note that the supplier cannot guarantee that they will send us all the bundles or cards requested: availability depends solely on allocation and may change without notice.
For this reason, we do not provide individual updates or confirmations during the waiting period, as we cannot even know the allocated quantities in advance.
⏳ Order cancellation
Orders for trading cards or bundles subject to allocation cannot be cancelled after 14 days from the date of purchase or pre-order.
This is because, after this period, the supplier considers the request binding and included in the official assignments.

Let's remember that we are a small company, not Amazon, and fortunately most of our customers understand that! That said, we want to explain what happens when you place an order or pre-order with us:
- The deposit , regardless of the percentage paid, will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the order.
We keep the deposit as a deposit, because we also have to pay for the product in full and keep it in stock. Also, if the pre-order is delayed, we ask for your understanding: unfortunately it is not up to us and it will not be possible to cancel the order for this reason. - If you receive an order: We recommend that you take a video of yourself opening the package. If the product is broken or damaged, you will return it at our expense and we will refund or replace it. If you change your mind, you can return it in perfect condition within 7 days, but you will be responsible for shipping costs.
- Products available in Europe: Please note that they are non-refundable prior to arrival, as stated in our policy.
FREQUENT QUESTIONS
As we write on all our pre-orders, the dates are hypothetical, so the manufacturer could move them forward or anticipate them, there is no way to know for sure when a product will arrive, the dates are usually respected frequently.
Most of the time yes, it depends on the type of shipping you choose, the €7.99 one makes sure that your order is placed in a larger order and will "arrive", so if you are not in a hurry for a statue, I recommend a hot toy and more! However, if you are in a hurry, the €14.99 one gives you priority and your item will be shipped directly from Germany, will arrive to us (quality control) and will be sent back immediately with SDA! We do not take responsibility for delays caused by the supplier or courier! Usually in 20 working days (or less) you could receive it.
It may happen that while waiting for an action figure you see things on our site that interest you, in this specific case we have two ways to go, contact us and we will provide you with a voucher for free shipping (so we insert it with the other product ), or contact us on Whatsapp , tell us your order number, pay for the product directly via Paypal, Satispay or bank transfer without going through the site check-out and we do the rest!
Products arriving from Europe cannot be refunded , or rather, they must be paid for then they are shipped to you and once they arrive, if you want to return the shipments you will be responsible for it and the item once returned to us (closed and in perfect condition) will be refunded.
You cannot ask for a refund for long waiting times (which do not depend on us), once you purchase you know what you are doing and many times unjustified refunds damage us sellers!
For orders AVAILABLE IN 24H you have 7 days to cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped and you will be refunded, if the product has been shipped, you will have to send it back to us in perfect condition at your expense.
For pre-orders you have 7 days to cancel the 20% confirmation deposit, after 7 days the deposit will be retained for compensation purposes.
Once the order is sent, you will receive a notification via email and the courier tracking number.
