The Figurama Collectors team is honored to present a groundbreaking achievement in stunning design: the exclusive Vampire Hunter D Elite statue. This is an undertaking that brought to life with meticulous attention to detail found in Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust. With the world's first and only license granted for this classic after an ongoing journey, the team wanted to do right by the fans. We worked closely with the respected Japanese illustrator to create a Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust statue of this caliber, and the design was personally approved by Amano-san. Set during the iconic cemetery scene, this statue immerses you in the dark, swampy setting of D's first encounter with the Marcus Brothers. This version of D is closely modeled after Yoshitaka Amano's illustrations featured in the Vampire Hunter D novels. This influence is palpable in the statue's ornate touches. D sits astride his rearing cybernetic horse, holding his longsword and sentient Symbite in his left hand. The snarling fangs of his fierce expression are surrounded by flowing dark hair, and his head is topped with a pointed hat featuring intricate Gothic detailing. D's stunning diecast metal Longsword and the passionate expression of his left hand are indistinguishable from the film. D's armor is an inky black, highlighted by beautiful gold ornamentation reminiscent of Amano's work, and the long stroke of his dark cape curves near the base. Every panel and wiry fiber of the cybernetic horse can be traced as he stands on his hind legs, poised in motion above the cemetery markers. Mechanical hooves seem to drip moisture from their angled bases below, with a length of rocks and twisting branches jutting out of a rippling pool of water. Three red-eyed ghouls reach through the murky depths toward the majestic frame of D and his horse poised in battle.
