Iron Studios brings the leader of the Turtle Brothers to life in a new statue based on the 1990 film! In the underground tunnels, the heroic anthropomorphic mutant turtle, along with his brothers trained in the arts of Ninjutsu since their inception, wears a blue bandana and a pair of brown pads and kneepads. flexes his muscles while firmly holding his two katanas, his iconic weapons of choice in battle. With a container at his feet containing the mutagenic agent called Ooze, a green viscous substance that alters the genetic structure of all organisms it contacts, responsible for the mutation that transformed him and his brothers into what they are, he is prepared to do whatever it takes to ensure this substance doesn't fall into the wrong hands. Iron Studios presents the "Leonardo - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie - Art Scale 1/10" statue, completing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles group with the fearless and prominent field commander of New York's mutant protectors. Created in the comics by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) became a phenomenal success in the 1980s, expanding into a multimedia franchise and gaining a legion of fans worldwide. Consisting of four young mutant turtles with humanoid features, genetically altered by a viscous substance known as mutagen or slime, the brothers of the group gained their father figure and Sensei in the form of an anthropomorphic rat named Splinter, who named them after Italian Renaissance artists. Their home and base of operations in New York is in the sewers, where they hide during the day and emerge on their missions at night. Their greatest archenemy is Shredder, the leader of the Foot Clan. Directed by Steve Barron, the 1990 independent film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles presents the origin story of Splinter and the Turtles, their initial encounter with journalist April O'Neil and vigilante Casey Jones, and their first confrontation with the villain Shredder and his criminal group, the Ninja Clan. Leonardo, known as Leo to his brothers, is the leader of the genetically engineered group of Turtles. Tactical, daring, and a dedicated student of his sensei, Leonardo wears a blue mask and wields two long, sharp swords (fused katanas and ninja-tos). As the eldest of the four, he often carries the burden of responsibility for his brothers, which usually leads to conflict with Raphael. His name is inspired by the Italian polymath, painter, engineer, inventor, writer, anatomist, and sculptor Leonardo da Vinci. The figure is based on the 1990 film. Size: 21.5 x 12 x 11 cm
