Against a backdrop of sand and vegetation from the Hawaiian beaches of Kauai Island, a small, charismatic, and cute girl, wearing a traditional pink print dress from her culture, joyfully plays her ukulele while sitting on a small guitar amplifier. A photo of her parents and a camera, two objects of great importance to her, are displayed in front of the speaker, along with an equally essential surfboard. With seashells, a starfish, and an alien ray gun that has fallen to the sand, her red wheeled arrow carries her spinning suitcase, on which her otherworldly best friend dances effortlessly, sometimes like a duet with the King of Rock, sometimes like a superhero in a red cape, or sometimes in a traditional hula skirt and necklace. With the base adorned with waves around, Iron Studios proudly presents the statue "Lilo & Stitch Deluxe - Disney Classics - Art Scale 1/10", with four optional versions of Stitch: normal, as Elvis, as a superhero, or dancing the Hula, expanding its commemorative collection of 100 years of Disney, composed of sets of the most beautiful, remarkable and unforgettable animations from the dream world imagined by Walt Disney. Lilo & Stitch, produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation in 2002, centers on two characters. The first is a six-year-old Hawaiian girl named Lilo Pelekai, an orphan raised by her older sister, Nani, after the death of their parents. Lively and eccentric, Lilo lives on the island of Kau, where she attends hula lessons at Kaiaulu Hale. Her hobbies include photographing tourists and obese people, talking about horror movie creatures, and idolizing Elvis Presley, though she doesn't realize that her eccentricities make her an outcast among most other children. The second character is an extraterrestrial creature called Experiment 626, whom Lilo adopts as her pet, Skinny King, a dog, and names Stitch. Stitch has been genetically engineered to cause destruction, with his original primary function being to wreak havoc throughout the galaxy by destroying everything he touches. He was designed to be abnormally strong, virtually indestructible, super-intelligent, and very mischievous. Initially, he uses Lilo to avoid capture by the Intergalactic Federation, but he and the girl develop a close bond through the Hawaiian concept of ohan a, or extended family, causing Stitch to reconsider his destructive purpose of keeping his newfound family together. Nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature at the 75th Academy Awards in 2003, its success helped make the film a highlight of Disney's post-Renaissance era in the 2000s, spawning a franchise that includes three direct-to-video sequels and three TV series.
