Based on a variant cover of Batman Vol 3 #111 designed by Gabriele Dell'Otto, our artisans have once again pushed the boundaries of sculpting to capture the essence of Batman in this truly breathtaking statue. Deep in the depths of the Batcave, Batman sits on his throne, slightly hunched. He stares into the distance, deep in thought... Is he reflecting on a mysterious incident, or perhaps remembering a faint clue, still puzzled as to its purpose? Let's take a closer look at this 18-inch statue. Batman is here, wearing his classic blue and gray costume. Every inch has been sculpted with the utmost attention to detail. From the wrinkles in the fabric to the signs of wear and tear from his crime-fighting over the years. Just look at the careful use of shading applied to perfection. Both arms are resting on the armrests and his cape can be seen draped over the floor, partially covering his left leg. Around his throne are stalagmites that help evoke the atmosphere of the Batcave. Behind Batman are not one, but four illuminated monitors, displaying various details including the tracking systems that aid our Caped Crusader in his pursuit of justice in Gotham City.
