A fishy schemer and a stench of moldy cheese, Lawrence Lactavius Limburger is the evil Plutarkian leader of the Chicago coup. Disguised as a human businessman, Limburger has fooled Chicagoans into thinking he will end crime. In reality, he orders his eccentric henchman, Greasepit, and Dr. Karbunkle, to strip the city of its natural resources. The biker mice know Limburger's true mission: to deplete Earth's assets for the High President of his home planet, Plutark, just as he did on Mars. If the biker mice can overcome Limburger's rancid stench, it's time to queue! Someone has this deodorant scammer!
