Iron Studios presents the leader of the Turtle Brothers in a new statue based on the 1990 film!
In the underground tunnels, the heroic anthropomorphic mutant turtle, along with his brothers trained in the arts of ninjutsu since he was a puppy, wearing a blue bandana and a pair of brown elbow and knee pads, tenses his muscles while firmly holding his two katanas, the iconic weapons that are his signature in battle. With a container at his feet containing the mutagenic agent called Ooze, a green viscous substance that alters the genetic structure of all organisms it comes into contact with, responsible for the mutation that transformed him and his brothers into what they are, he is ready to do whatever it takes to ensure that this substance does not fall into the wrong hands. Iron Studios presents the statue "Leonardo - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie - Art Scale 1/10", completing the group of Ninja Turtles, depicting the fearless and important field commander of the mutant protectors of New York.
Created in the comics by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) were a phenomenal success in the 1980s, expanding into a multimedia franchise and garnering a legion of fans around the world. Consisting of four young mutant turtles with humanoid features, genetically altered by a viscous substance known as Mutagen or Ooze, the brothers of the group gained their father figure and Sensei in the form of an anthropomorphic rat named Splinter, who named them after Italian Renaissance artists. Their home and base of operations in New York is in the sewers, where they hide during the day and go on missions at night. Their greatest enemy is Shredder, the leader of the Foot Clan. Directed by Steve Barron, the 1990 independent film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles features the origin story of Splinter and the Turtles, their initial encounter with journalist April O'Neil and vigilante Casey Jones, and their first confrontation with the villain Shredder and his ninja crime syndicate, the Foot Clan. Leonardo, known to his brothers as Leo, is the leader of the group of genetically engineered turtles. Tactical, daring, and a devoted student of his Sensei, Leonardo wears a blue mask and wields two long, sharp swords (fused katanas and ninja-to). As the eldest of the four, he often bears the burden of responsibility for his brothers, which usually leads to conflict with Raphael. His name is inspired by the Italian polymath, painter, engineer, inventor, writer, anatomist, and sculptor Leonardo da Vinci. The figure is based on the 1990 film.
