The enormous Toar was once used by the Sea Hag in a plan to defeat Popeye, but our hero ultimately triumphed and befriended the immortal caveman. Now Toar often travels with Popeye and his friends on adventures and even enjoys babysitting Popeye's son, Swee'Pea. This Toar figure has 20 points of articulation and includes a bowler hat, alternate hands, and a teacup.
