A stone spear rose into the air above, its jagged crown still cloaked in snow and shrouded in restless clouds. There, on the summit, stood Durin's Tower; once sturdy dwarven stone, now split by elemental fury, when shadow met light and dark flame was extinguished by the storm. From concept to sculpting, modeling, and painting, our artists have gone to great lengths to bring Zirakzigil to life: the same legendary peak where Gandalf and the Balrog met in their final, fateful clash. Every jagged edge of stone and weathered block of dwarven architecture has been crafted with respect for the deep history it holds. The team studied the mountain's location in the Legendarium and the momentous impact the clash of ancient mythical forces had on its tower.
