A new, extremely limited version of the Woolly Mammoth 2.0 will feature snow decorations on the animals and base to recreate these majestic creatures in the cold environment of the last Ice Age. Sculpted by renowned animal sculptor, Sean Cooper, this polyresin mammoth statue depicts this prehistoric creature and her baby on a base representing their natural habitat. The Woolly Mammoth or Mammuthus primigenius roamed much of the Northern Hemisphere until 4,000 years ago. Standing about 3 meters tall and weighing over six tons, this ancestor of the elephant was an important resource for early humans. This polyresin Mammoth statue measures 33cm long and 22cm tall. She is depicted with her young calf on a diorama base of a snow-covered rocky outcrop. This brand new sculpture was painted by the Japanese artisans at X-Plus. The base of the statue depicts the Mammoth's natural habitat with snow covering a rocky terrain.
