The female Rocker Zombie comes with 2 different heads, extra hands, a skeletal arm that can be used as a weapon or inserted into the lower arm, and 2 rats! She also comes with high-quality soft goods, including a red plaid skirt, ripped leggings, a studded belt, and a tank top with a cool "FOUR HORSEMEN" death metal logo on it!
