Much more docile than their lowland cousins, mountain scapebacks are hardy beasts known for their great strength and unwavering loyalty to their herd. This loyalty extends to any handlers they befriend and allow to saddle them as mounts. Separated from his herd as a calf, Bunji was found lost in the wastes of Thraxxon by a band of wandering Veeblians. Keeping the calf alive, the Veeblians attempted to reunite the creature with its kin, only to discover that the herd had been attacked and killed by hunters. Knowing that the calf would not survive on its own, a Veeblian named AhgCha raised the creature, creating an unbreakable bond with the scapeback that went beyond the natural tendencies of these affable beasts.
