Castlevania Symphony of the Night, the popular side-scrolling action-adventure video game first released in 1997 for the PlayStation platform by Konami, follows our protagonist, Alucard, the son of Dracula, as he sets out to defeat the evil forces that have taken control of the castle.
When Alucard first encounters Richter Belmont in the game, he is forced to face a horde of demons as Richter was under the impression that Alucard was there to steal his castle. At this point, Alucard was unaware that Richter Belmont had actually been brainwashed by Shaft to help resurrect Dracula! The DioCube scene recreates that moment perfectly!
