Carbine, the Martian army's hardened general, leads the charge against the evil Plutarkh invaders. Though he has worked for the Martian government, he is also a longtime ally of the freedom fighters and motorcycle rats, particularly the Accelerator, with whom he shares a complex, on-and-off relationship. Whether on official or covert operations, his fierce loyalty to Mars drives his relentless quest to restore the planet's once-lush landscapes, where Martian squirrel bats once graced vibrant pink seed pods in harmony.
