"SOMETHING INSIDE ME... SOMETHING FIERCE IS BURNING."
It embodies the first resistance against the Great Flame Dragon.
The Berserker's first clash with the Great Flame Dragon, depicted in volumes 26 and 27 of the "Berserk" manga, comes to life in the Ultimate Premium Masterline, capturing the moment Guts dons the Berserker armor for the first time.
Created to accompany "Grunbeld," this piece embodies the Berserker's harrowing first battle. Guts, burning his own life to strike down the Dragonslayer, and Grunbeld, enraged by a formidable opponent. Their battle of wills and conviction is fully captured in 1/4 scale. While each statue achieves an extraordinary level of completion on its own, their confrontation is designed to intensify the narrative and amplify the composition's rhythm when displayed together.
From behind the visor emerges a grim face, struggling against an onslaught as fierce as flames and the torrent of emotion rising from within. The Berserker armor itself features sharp-edged shapes, intricately modeled lines, and paint applications of deep blues and blacks layered with lustre to evoke an otherworldly texture. The billowing cape, like a pervading darkness of the soul, and the blood-stained base immerse viewers in the world of the story.
The clash between Guts and Grunbeld marks a turning point in the story. The impact, tension, and significance of the Berserker's first appearance make it a highlight of your collection.
